Psychology of Entrepreneurship

Mar 20, 2020

Life balance. It’s the myth or that pesky, elusive unicorn that not many of us seem to capture. It is the absolute entrepreneurial dream. It often comes from the desire to appear to the outside world that we really can do it all. How can we have it all without the price of sacrifice?

This is The Psychology of Entrepreneurship,

a highly produced audio documentary style, revealing series that follows Ronsley Vaz and his guests, as they strive to go inside & unravel the inner workings of the mind of an entrepreneur, artist, athlete, academic; to decipher what is the psychology of our decisions.

This is a weekly series for an entrepreneur. And we consider that mothers are the original entrepreneurs.  If you would like to understand why we do certain things in certain situations, as well as whether small changes in thinking can deliver massive amounts of returns in success and happiness, then this podcast is for you.

James Whittaker is a man who loves the entrepreneurial climb.

James is an incredible serial entrepreneur. While he isn’t one for being stickered with specific labels, he generally considers himself a father and husband first and foremost. Then Speaker, Film Producer, and Author of the International Bestseller Think and Grow Rich: The Legacy; Win the Day.

For over a decade, James had a career in financial planning before taking a new direction towards more entrepreneurial pursuits. Today, his mission is clear, to guide people towards taking ownership of their financial, physical and mental health.

For some, James may be a familiar face. He has been extensively featured in television, print and digital media around the world, including The Today Show, Entrepreneur and The Sydney Morning Herald.

Not only that, but he's a podcast veteran. He's appeared on 200+ podcasts and radio shows, while taking to the stage to share his wisdom with audiences of thousands of people.

Ever the driven entrepreneur, James has launched multiple successful companies and products across a range of industries. He ventures into the realms of health/fitness, film, activewear, social media and publishing.

James has penned multiple bestselling books, including his latest work, 'Think and Grow Rich: The Legacy'. This was also released as a major motion picture under the same name.

In this volume of Psychology of Entrepreneurship, we hear from someone who detests labels in any way, shape or form. James and Ronsley uncover how James manages his daily routine to encourage some kind of tangible ‘Life Balance.’ They also discuss how a quiet kid became unfathomably comfortable with speaking in front of thousands of people.
